All ONLINE RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS BELOW.
(Any returns for items purchased inside a Sea Pines Resort retail or golf shop must be handled directly through the original location of purchase. These items are not eligible for return or exchange via our online eCommerce platform.)

Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
- Items must be received in their new, unworn and unused condition with original stickers and tags attached
- On all returns, the packing slip and/or order confirmation must be included inside the return package.
- Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase
- Items deemed worn, used, dirty, or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued
- Non-returnable items include custom orders or final sale items
- No refund will be issued for shipping and handling
- Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return/exchange
- A $4.95 shipping charge will be applied to your reshipped package
- Product(s) may be returned in the method of your choice at your expense. We are not responsible for lost returns
- Please send any product back to the above address with your name on the outside of the package. Let us know when it is sent and the tracking so we can refund or exchange your order once it arrives back
